Em decis\u00e3o liminar em dois processos (n\u00fameros 0600647-79.2024.6.20.0020 e 0600646-94.2024.6.20.0020), o juiz eleitoral Marcos Vin\u00edcius Pereira J\u00fanior condenou, nesta sexta-feira (27), e ordenou que o candidato a prefeito pelo PT em Currais Novos, Lucas Galv\u00e3o, retire duas pesquisas divulgadas de forma irregular em seus canais de m\u00eddia, redes sociais e programas eleitorais.<br \/>A medida foi tomada ap\u00f3s a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o que violou os requisitos exigidos para divulga\u00e7\u00e3o, dados exigidos como data da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da pesquisa, margem de erro, taxa de confiabilidade e n\u00famero do registro.
