Todavia, previu que, em caso de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de segundo turno, haveria a possibilidade de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o. Contudo, Nat\u00e1lia, \u201cde forma absolutamente injustific\u00e1vel, embora permane\u00e7a utilizando o im\u00f3vel locado at\u00e9 os dias atuais, sem proceder \u00e0 entrega das chaves, n\u00e3o vem honrando com os pagamentos devidos pela loca\u00e7\u00e3o, demonstrando um comportamento de total descaso para com as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais que assumiu\u201d.<br>O valor devido supera R$ 11 mil reais e, sem o devido pagamento, a dona do im\u00f3vel considera inadmiss\u00edvel a reten\u00e7\u00e3o do bem, prejudicando de maneira flagrante o direito do locador. Na a\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 apontada uma ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o indevida e n\u00e3o remunerada e pedido o despejo imediato.<br>O processo corre na 16a Vara C\u00edvel de Natal.<br><a
