O documento re\u00fane um panorama das a\u00e7\u00f5es e resultados alcan\u00e7ados durante o mandato de Wolney Fran\u00e7a \u00e0 frente do Legislativo municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dos destaques da gest\u00e3o foi a conquista, por dois anos, do Selo Diamante de Transpar\u00eancia P\u00fablica, premia\u00e7\u00e3o concedida pelo TCE-RN \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es que se destacam no cumprimento das exig\u00eancias legais e boas pr\u00e1ticas de governan\u00e7a p\u00fablica. A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Parnamirim recebeu o selo em 2022 e 2024, consolidando sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o como refer\u00eancia estadual em transpar\u00eancia e efici\u00eancia administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o encontro, Wolney Fran\u00e7a destacou a import\u00e2ncia do alinhamento entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas para garantir uma gest\u00e3o eficiente e voltada para os interesses da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cEsse relat\u00f3rio \u00e9 mais do que uma presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas; \u00e9 um compromisso com a \u00e9tica e o respeito ao cidad\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio entregue ao TCE-RN detalha os avan\u00e7os obtidos em \u00e1reas como moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o, implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e de sustentabilidade, e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor com marco inovador em benef\u00edcio da
