A pr\u00e1tica levantou questionamentos sobre o uso indevido de verba p\u00fablica para promo\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal em um evento religioso e cultural.<br \/>Conforme estabelece o artigo 37 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, a publicidade institucional deve ter car\u00e1ter educativo, informativo ou de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o social, sendo vedada a promo\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal de autoridades.
