TJ-MA disse que aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o ‘n\u00e3o se configura em benef\u00edcio pessoal, mas uma ferramenta de trabalho avan\u00e7ada, essencial para necessidades de servi\u00e7o no \u00e2mbito do Judici\u00e1rio’<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

O Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o (TJ-MA) publicou no \u00faltimo dia 25 um edital para a compra de 50 iPhones 16 Pro Max, modelo de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o do smartphone da Apple, para seus desembargadores.
O documento define que o preg\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nico para a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o dos dispositivos ser\u00e1 realizado na pr\u00f3xima quinta-feira, dia 13, \u00e0s 14h. Al\u00e9m disso, estima o valor gasto com os aparelhos em R$ 573.399,50, ou seja, mais de meio milh\u00e3o de reais \u2013 R$ 11.467,99 para cada iPhone.
O edital estabelece que a origem dos recursos ser\u00e1 da Diretoria de Inform\u00e1tica do Tribunal. Segundo o TJ-MA, a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 \u201cdevidamente planejada e prevista no or\u00e7amento anual do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, n\u00e3o representando impacto adicional \u00e0s despesas j\u00e1 previstas\u201d.
Em nota, diz ainda que aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o dos dispositivos \u201cn\u00e3o se configura em benef\u00edcio pessoal, mas uma ferramenta de trabalho avan\u00e7ada, essencial para necessidades de servi\u00e7o no \u00e2mbito do Judici\u00e1rio\u201d.
Entre essas necessidades, cita o ato de \u201cbaixar e visualizar v\u00eddeos de audi\u00eancias e memoriais com mais rapidez e qualidade\u201d e \u201crealizar sess\u00f5es e audi\u00eancias virtuais ou h\u00edbridas sem interrup\u00e7\u00f5es e com melhor desempenho de \u00e1udio e v\u00eddeo\u201d.
Al\u00e9m disso, diz que os aparelhos ser\u00e3o utilizados para \u201cacessar os sistemas processuais eletr\u00f4nicos com mais fluidez, velocidade e maior visibilidade\u201d e \u201cgarantir mobilidade e produtividade, permitindo que magistrados e servidores possam atuar de qualquer local com seguran\u00e7a e efici\u00eancia\u201d.
O Tribunal afirma ainda que, pelo edital se tratar de um Registro de Pre\u00e7os, a compra n\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria, “apenas assegura a possibilidade de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o futura pelo menor pre\u00e7o registrado, caso haja necessidade dentro do per\u00edodo de vig\u00eancia da ATA\u201d.
Sobre a escolha do modelo, um dos mais caros \u00e0 venda no pa\u00eds, alega que \u201cfoi baseada estritamente em crit\u00e9rios t\u00e9cnicos e operacionais\u201d. \u201cO aparelho \u00e9 refer\u00eancia mundial em desempenho, confiabilidade e integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre hardware e software\u201d, diz.
