O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator do processo no STF, apontou ataques em s\u00e9rie \u00e0 democracia. As defesas apresentaram seus argumentos e tiveram todos os pedidos de questionamento rejeitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entenda ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"content-text__container wp-block-paragraph\">O primeiro dia do julgamento da den\u00fancia de tentativa de golpe que envolve&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/politica\/noticia\/2025\/02\/18\/veja-integra-da-denuncia-da-pgr-contra-bolsonaro-e-mais-33-por-tentativa-de-golpe-de-estado.ghtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Bolsonaro e outros sete acusados<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;foi dedicado&nbsp;\u00e0s primeiras etapas do processo, sem discutir ainda o m\u00e9rito da den\u00fancia. A Primeira Turma do Supremo Tribunal Federal (<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/tudo-sobre\/supremo-tribunal-federal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">STF<\/a>)&nbsp;deixou para esta quarta-feira (26) a decis\u00e3o se os oito viram r\u00e9us, dando in\u00edcio a uma a\u00e7\u00e3o penal contra eles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"content-text__container wp-block-paragraph\"><em>A primeira parte da sess\u00e3o desta ter\u00e7a-feira no STF teve:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list content-unordered-list\">\n<li>A leitura do&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/politica\/noticia\/2025\/03\/25\/denuncia-do-golpe-moraes-le-relatorio-da-denuncia-contra-bolsonaro-e-outros-7-acusados.ghtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">documento que lista as condutas de Bolsonaro e dos demais acusados<\/a>. Alexandre de Moraes, relator do processo, afirmou que foram feitos ataques sucessivos \u00e0 democracia;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A argumenta\u00e7\u00e3o do procurador-geral da Rep\u00fablica, Paulo Gonet. A PGR \u00e9 a autora da den\u00fancia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As defesas dos&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/politica\/noticia\/2025\/03\/25\/denuncia-do-golpe-advogados-dos-acusados-apresentam-seus-argumentos.ghtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sete acusados<\/a>&nbsp;e de&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/politica\/politico\/jair-bolsonaro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jair Bolsonaro<\/a>. O advogado do ex-presidente<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/politica\/noticia\/2025\/03\/25\/denuncia-do-golpe-os-argumentos-da-defesa-de-bolsonaro-sobre-o-caso.ghtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">afirmou que &#8220;n\u00e3o se achou absolutamente nada&#8221; contra ele<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"content-text__container wp-block-paragraph\"><em>A segunda parte tratou apenas dos questionamentos da defesa, as chamadas preliminares:&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list content-unordered-list\">\n<li>As defesas questionaram a compet\u00eancia do STF e da 1\u00aa Turma para julgar a den\u00fancia.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na 1\u00aa Turma s\u00e3o 5 ministros:&nbsp;<strong>Alexandre de Moraes, Fl\u00e1vio Dino, Luiz Fux, C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia e Cristiano Zanin.<\/strong>&nbsp;E, no plen\u00e1rio, 11.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maioria da 1\u00aa Turma rejeitou os questionamentos<\/strong>, mas Luiz Fux divergiu.&nbsp;Ele entendeu que a den\u00fancia do golpe deveria ser julgada no plen\u00e1rio do Supremo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apesar da posi\u00e7\u00e3o de Fux, a maioria dos ministros seguiu o relator e votou para manter o julgamento na 1\u00aa Turma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamb\u00e9m foi rejeitado o pedido de nulidade do acordo de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o premiada de&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/tudo-sobre\/mauro-cid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mauro Cid<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Os outros pedidos de nulidade foram rejeitados.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"content-text__container wp-block-paragraph\"><em>O que ficou para esta quarta-feira:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list content-unordered-list\">\n<li>Moraes, o relator, vai analisar o m\u00e9rito da den\u00fancia, ou seja, vai se manifestar diretamente sobre o pedido de abertura de a\u00e7\u00e3o penal contra Bolsonaro e os demais acusados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Em seguida, os demais ministros votam nesta ordem:&nbsp;<strong>Dino, Fux, C\u00e1rmen e Zanin.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O colegiado vai decidir se o caso deve prosseguir e se transformar em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o
