Segundo Moraes, o governo espanhol desrespeitou o requisito da reciprocidade.<br \/>Na mesma decis\u00e3o, o relator manda informar o Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a, bem como o das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Exteriores, para ci\u00eancia a representa\u00e7\u00e3o diplom\u00e1tica do Governo da Espanha. Ainda, intimou os advogados do caso e o embaixador da Espanha no Brasil.<br \/>\u201cEm mat\u00e9ria extradicional, e pacifico o entendimento do Supremo Tribunal Federal no sentido da exigibilidade da reciprocidade pelo pais requerente, sendo que, a aus\u00eancia deste requisito obsta o proprio seguimento do pedido.\u201d<br \/>O b\u00falgaro Vasil Georgiev Vasilev foi preso em 18 de fevereiro em Mato Grosso do Sul. Em 7 de abril, o ministro abriu prazo para a defesa escrita do extraditando. No despacho desta ter\u00e7a-feira (15), Moraes concedeu pris\u00e3o domiciliar ao acusado.<br \/>De acordo com Moraes, a decis\u00e3o do Judici\u00e1rio Espanhol na segunda (14), de rejeitar a extradi\u00e7\u00e3o de Eust\u00e1quio conforme pedido pelo governo brasileiro ap\u00f3s a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva pelo STF, impede a continuidade do procedimento no caso demandado pela Espanha.<br \/>O ministro determinou que o governo da Espanha, por meio de seu embaixador, \u201cpreste informa\u00e7\u00f5es em cinco dias, comprovando o requisito da reciprocidade, em especial do caso citado
