O presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Natal, vereador Eriko J\u00e1come (PP), teve mais uma importante proposta aprovada nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (03). Em segunda discuss\u00e3o, o plen\u00e1rio aprovou o Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 471\/2024, de sua autoria, que obriga a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e2meras de monitoramento em estabelecimentos que comercializam materiais recicl\u00e1veis, como ferros-velhos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A medida tem como foco o combate \u00e0 comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais de origem il\u00edcita, especialmente diante do aumento nos casos de furtos de cobre e outros itens com valor de revenda. A partir da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, os estabelecimentos do setor dever\u00e3o manter sistema de vigil\u00e2ncia por c\u00e2meras, cujas imagens poder\u00e3o ser utilizadas para investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em caso de den\u00fancia, suspeita ou constata\u00e7\u00e3o de irregularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPassamos recentemente por uma onda de furtos e com\u00e9rcio ilegal de material recicl\u00e1vel, em especial o cobre, que muitas vezes \u00e9 vendido de forma clandestina em ferros-velhos. Este projeto vem justamente para aprimorar as formas de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e possibilitar a responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos\u201d, afirmou Eriko J\u00e1come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
