Durante a reuni\u00e3o, foram designados relatores para 25 projetos e emitidos pareceres sobre outros 26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre os destaques, est\u00e1 o Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 116\/2025, de autoria do vereador Kleber Fernandes (Republicanos), que institui o Programa de Formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Com\u00e9rcio para Ambulantes no munic\u00edpio. \u201c\u00c9 importante estimular os ambulantes a se formalizarem, com CNPJ e como MEIs, para que tenham acesso a benef\u00edcios e tamb\u00e9m proporcionem mais seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, defendeu Kleber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outro projeto relevante \u00e9 o PL n\u00ba 129\/2025, de autoria do vereador Daniell Renall (Republicanos), que trata da obrigatoriedade de curso b\u00e1sico de primeiros socorros para equipes de escolas e CMEIs de Natal. O vereador Tony Henrique &nbsp;(PL), relator da proposta, destacou a import\u00e2ncia da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cPrecisamos de profissionais aptos a agir em emerg\u00eancias at\u00e9 a chegada do atendimento especializado\u201d, justificou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9m recebeu parecer favor\u00e1vel o Projeto de Lei Complementar n\u00ba 24\/2023, enviado pelo Executivo, que cria o Conselho Municipal de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica e Defesa Social (COMSEMDES). Segundo Kleber Fernandes, que tamb\u00e9m relatou a mat\u00e9ria, o conselho ter\u00e1 participa\u00e7\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica de diversos setores da sociedade e vai refor\u00e7ar o papel do munic\u00edpio na \u00e1rea da seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, alinhando-se \u00e0s novas legisla\u00e7\u00f5es federais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao final da reuni\u00e3o, o presidente da comiss\u00e3o, vereador Aldo Clemente (PSDB), destacou o sucesso do S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o de Natal, encerrado recentemente no Polo Arena das Dunas. \u201cO evento movimentou a economia local, gerou emprego e renda e proporcionou entretenimento gratuito para milhares de pessoas.
