A sigla se refere a indiv\u00edduos com elevado potencial em \u00e1reas como conhecimento, criatividade, lideran\u00e7a, artes ou habilidades psicomotoras.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o vereador Thiago Fernandes, apesar de seu potencial para contribuir com o desenvolvimento social e cultural, essas pessoas enfrentam invisibilidade e exclus\u00e3o, devido \u00e0 falta de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o precoce, aus\u00eancia de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, car\u00eancia de apoio psicossocial e incompreens\u00e3o social. &#8220;A audi\u00eancia vai debater essa exclus\u00e3o que se manifesta em dificuldades escolares e profissionais, resultando na perda de talentos valiosos para a sociedade&#8221;,
