O ministro Fl\u00e1vio Dino<\/strong>, do STF, determinou neste domingo \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal<\/a> que abra inqu\u00e9ritos para investigar 964 repasses, via emendas parlamentares<\/strong>, ainda n\u00e3o cadastrados nos sistemas do governo. No total, os valores alcan\u00e7am mais de 694 milh\u00f5es de reais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na decis\u00e3o, Dino mandou o TCU enviar \u00e0s Superintend\u00eancias da PF em todo o pa\u00eds, em at\u00e9 10 dias, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das emendas individuais referentes a esses planos de trabalho para que sejam identificadas por estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo o ministro, a poss\u00edvel irregularidade relacionada aos valores fere princ\u00edpios de transpar\u00eancia e rastreabilidade determinadas pelo Supremo em uma decis\u00e3o de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dino ainda ressaltou, na decis\u00e3o, que n\u00e3o v\u00ea empecilhos em ideias de parceria entre o Executivo e institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras privadas para o desenvolvimento de tecnologias voltadas \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o de emendas, desde que observados os referidos princ\u00edpios e as determina\u00e7\u00f5es da Corte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
