A Procuradoria Regional Eleitoral recomendou a total proced\u00eancia do recurso apresentado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral (MPE), que questiona a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do diploma de vereadora de K\u00edvia Karoline Gomes Tavares, eleita nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2024 no munic\u00edpio de Alto do Rodrigues.

Conhecida como K\u00edvia Karoline, ela \u00e9 filha socioafetiva do ex-prefeito Nixon Baracho, v\u00ednculo familiar que, segundo o artigo 14, \u00a77\u00ba da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, a impediria de disputar o pleito eleitoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No entanto, durante o primeiro procedimento investigat\u00f3rio instaurado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral, a defesa de K\u00edvia Karoline alegou a inexist\u00eancia de parentesco com o ex-prefeito Nixon Baracho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
