Nesta quarta-feira (09\/10), por proposi\u00e7\u00e3o do presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Parnamirim, vereador Dr. C\u00e9sar Maia, com subscri\u00e7\u00e3o da vereadora Rhalessa de Cl\u00eanio, ocorreu uma audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica para debater o projeto do “Aeroporto Digital”. O plano visa transformar a \u00e1rea do antigo Aeroporto Augusto Severo em um polo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e tecnologia, com foco em pesquisa, desenvolvimento e empreendedorismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A mesa principal foi composta pelos proponentes Dr. C\u00e9sar Maia e Rhalessa de Cl\u00eanio, pelo deputado estadual Kleber Rodrigues, o secret\u00e1rio municipal de Planejamento, Kelps Lima, por Carlos Alberto de Oliveira (SEDEC-RN), pelo professor da UFRN Dino Lincoln, e pelo Capit\u00e3o Burton Gois Junior (FAB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na extens\u00e3o da mesa estiveram presentes os vereadores Thiago Fernandes, Eurico da Jap\u00e3o, Dr. Jonas Godeiro, R\u00e1rika Bastos, Michael Borges e Rafaela de Nilda, al\u00e9m dos diretores e secret\u00e1rios municipais e estaduais (IFRN, TI Municipal, Esporte, Cultura, Meio Ambiente e Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao longo da audi\u00eancia, os presentes debateram as vantagens e necessidades para implantar o projeto, cujo foco \u00e9 transformar a \u00e1rea do antigo Augusto Severo em um polo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o e tecnologia, com \u00eanfase em pesquisa, desenvolvimento e empreendedorismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O nome \u201cAeroporto Digital\u201d \u00e9 simb\u00f3lico. Embora a avia\u00e7\u00e3o comercial n\u00e3o retorne, o projeto visa aproveitar a estrutura e voca\u00e7\u00e3o hist\u00f3rica para abrigar empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas, startups, centros de pesquisa, laborat\u00f3rios e espa\u00e7os de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O projeto est\u00e1 sendo articulado por uma parceria entre o Munic\u00edpio de Parnamirim, a FAB e institui\u00e7\u00f5es educacionais\/de inova\u00e7\u00e3o (UFRN, IFRN, IDM, SEBRAE e FIERN, entre outras).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O projeto est\u00e1 na fase de planejamento, definindo o modelo de neg\u00f3cios, arranjos financeiros e operacionais. O investimento estimado \u00e9 de cerca de R$ 50 milh\u00f5es, com expectativa de execu\u00e7\u00e3o via PPP ou capital privado. A previs\u00e3o de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o total \u00e9 em at\u00e9 cinco anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
