Conforme informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Ponta Negra News, a decis\u00e3o foi tomada nesta segunda-feira (16), e o r\u00e9u j\u00e1 deixou o sistema prisional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a decis\u00e3o judicial, a defesa sustentou que o condenado cumpriu os requisitos previstos em lei para a progress\u00e3o de regime. Entre os pontos apresentados est\u00e3o o cumprimento da fra\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima da pena, 560 dias de remiss\u00e3o e bom comportamento durante o per\u00edodo de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda segundo os autos, n\u00e3o houve registro de faltas disciplinares, o que, conforme a defesa, refor\u00e7ou o pedido de mudan\u00e7a para o regime semiaberto.
