Com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o em plen\u00e1rio, o projeto segue para san\u00e7\u00e3o do Executivo Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proposta estabelece um aumento de 5% sobre o vencimento base da categoria, com efeitos a partir de 1\u00ba de abril de 2026. De acordo com o texto aprovado, a medida tem como objetivo recompor, ainda que parcialmente, as perdas inflacion\u00e1rias acumuladas, contribuindo para a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do poder aquisitivo dos servidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A iniciativa considera, tamb\u00e9m, os limites estabelecidos pela responsabilidade fiscal e a capacidade financeira do munic\u00edpio, buscando garantir o equil\u00edbrio
