A programa\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio \u00e0s 8h, no Plen\u00e1rio Dr. M\u00e1rio Medeiros, e contar\u00e1 com o lan\u00e7amento do livro \u201cPr\u00e9-Campanha e Abuso de Poder: Uma Jun\u00e7\u00e3o Bomb\u00e1stica\u201d, de autoria do juiz eleitoral Jos\u00e9 Herval Sampaio J\u00fanior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">A obra aborda quest\u00f5es relacionadas aos limites da pr\u00e9-campanha e aos desafios para a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da legitimidade e da integridade do processo eleitoral e democr\u00e1tico. Al\u00e9m do lan\u00e7amento, o semin\u00e1rio contar\u00e1 com palestras do juiz e da advogada Maria F\u00e9lix, que compartilhar\u00e3o conhecimentos e experi\u00eancias sobre temas relacionados ao Direito Eleitoral, \u00e0s elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2026 e ao fortalecimento da democracia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1 wp-block-paragraph\">As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o abertas e podem ser
