O ministro do STF Gilmar Mendes<\/a><\/strong> determinou a destrui\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos, dados e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionados<\/strong> \u00e0 empresa OPT Incorporadora Imobili\u00e1ria e Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Bens Pr\u00f3prios Ltda, que foram obtidos pela CPI da Covid<\/a>.<\/strong>
Segundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o parlamentar, a OPT era um dos bra\u00e7os da Precisa Medicamentos<\/strong>, empresa que negociou a compra da vacina indiana Covaxin. Depois das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da CPI, o contrato do laborat\u00f3rio Bharat Biotech com o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade foi cancelado.<\/strong>
\u201cEste mandado de seguran\u00e7a tem por objeto o exame de legalidade de ato da CPI da Pandemia que implicou o afastamento dos sigilos telef\u00f4nico e telem\u00e1tico da impetrante [OPT Incorporadora].
