Ao ser preso, o padrasto alegou que a v\u00edtima, de apenas 4 anos, era quem estava for\u00e7ando os atos sexuais.<br>O suspeito, que trabalha como motorista, foi autuado em flagrante, na quarta-feira, pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, logo ap\u00f3s ser localizado pelos policiais civis.<br>No m\u00eas de maio, a m\u00e3e da menina procurou a Pol\u00edcia Civil relatando suspeitar que o companheiro estaria molestando sua filha. Conforme a m\u00e3e, a crian\u00e7a vinha apresentando comportamento estranho. A menina chegou a comentar com uma vizinha que o padastro mostrava o p\u00eanis e pedia para ela acariciar, bem como tocava partes \u00edntimas da crian\u00e7a.<br>Com base nas desconfian\u00e7as, a m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima instalou uma c\u00e2mera na casa, conseguindo flagrar os abusos cometidos pelo companheiro. A m\u00e3e, de 23 anos, convive com o suspeito h\u00e1 cerca de 7 meses e est\u00e1 gr\u00e1vida de 5 meses.<br>Assim que tomou ci\u00eancia das imagens captadas, a m\u00e3e procurou imediatamente a Pol\u00edcia Civil na manh\u00e3 de quarta-feira (26). Diante das provas, os investigadores da DDM de Sinop passaram o dia procurando o suspeito.<br>No in\u00edcio da noite, ele foi localizado pelos policiais civis no trabalho e detido para esclarecimentos. Ao ser interrogado, o suspeito negou os fatos. No entanto, ap\u00f3s assistir \u00e0s imagens gravadas, o padrasto assumiu os abusos.<br>Ap\u00f3s depor, o padastro foi autuado em flagrante pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel (agravado por ser praticado por pai ou padastro).
