Com isso, os advogados esperam que o processo mude rapidamente de inst\u00e2ncia e passe \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Federal do Tocantins, com a perda do foro privilegiado.<br><br><br>Em outubro, o STJ ordenou que Carlesse fosse <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/brasil\/stj-determina-afastamento-de-mauro-carlesse-governador-do-tocantins-apos-operacao-da-pf?amp\" target=\"_blank\">afastado do cargo por seis meses<\/a>, at\u00e9 abril de 2022. O governador afastado \u00e9 suspeito de um esquema de pagamento de propina e obstru\u00e7\u00e3o de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. Em janeiro, a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/colunas\/guilherme-amado\/pgr-pede-que-stj-mantenha-governador-do-tocantins-afastado-do-cargo?amp\" target=\"_blank\">PGR pediu que a corte mantivesse Carlesse afastado<\/a> e citou \u201cin\u00fameras provas\u201d contra o investigado.
