Segundo a pol\u00edcia, ele e o autor dos disparos <strong>brigaram<\/strong> por causa de <strong>v\u00eddeos com den\u00fancias de improbidade contra o pol\u00edtico e sua esposa.<\/strong><br \/>.<br \/><br \/>Uma c\u00e2mera de seguran\u00e7a que flagrou a a\u00e7\u00e3o mostra Fabiano agredindo o homem, que estava armado e fez v\u00e1rios disparos. Recentemente, ap\u00f3s abrir um restaurante com a esposa, o vice-prefeito passou a ser alvo do comerciante, que publicou v\u00eddeos nas redes sociais mencionando supostas irregularidades cometidas pelo casal.<br \/>.<br \/><br \/>Depois das postagens, os dois come\u00e7aram a discutir na internet. Em uma das conversas, o vice-prefeito disse que iria at\u00e9 a casa do comerciante, que o esperou no port\u00e3o.<strong>Durante a briga, o vice-prefeito foi atingido por um tiro na perna.<\/strong> Ele conseguiu fugir, foi socorrido e acionou a PM. O<strong> caso foi registrado como tentativa de homic\u00eddio, e o comerciante foi preso em flagrante<\/strong>.<br \/>.<br \/><br \/>Segundo os advogados de J\u00fanior, trata-se de um caso de leg\u00edtima defesa. Eles alegaram que o comerciante foi agredido pelas costas. Em mensagem nas suas redes sociais, <strong>Fabiano informou que passa bem e admitiu as agress\u00f5es.<\/strong><br \/>.<br \/><br \/><em>\u201cTodos sabem que temos sofrido ataques cont\u00ednuos nas redes sociais promovidos por esta pessoa, que n\u00e3o respeita nem a honra dos nossos familiares. Emocionalmente <strong>abalado com os ataques gratuitos disparados contra a minha esposa,<\/strong> fui realmente tirar satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o com ele\u201d<\/em>,
