De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es levantadas pela pol\u00edcia civil, o fals\u00e1rio prometia a suas v\u00edtimas ajuda para reingressar no servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico. Apenas da v\u00edtima que denunciou o acusado, o falso promotor teria conseguido extorquir cerca de R$ 3 mil.<br><br>A pris\u00e3o foi efetuada por policiais da 74\u00aa DP (Alc\u00e2ntara). De acordo com agentes da distrital, o acusado tinha conhecimento sobre processos jur\u00eddicos em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o e sabia como se aproveitar de informa\u00e7\u00f5es para arrecadar pagamentos de custas. Al\u00e9m de se identificar como promotor, o suspeito ainda se dizia propriet\u00e1rio de um escrit\u00f3rio de advocacia.<br><br>Os policiais conseguiram prender o falso promotor em flagrante enquanto tentava extorquir mais uma v\u00edtima. No momento em que foi abordado pelos agentes da 74\u00aa DP, o acusado estava portando um simulacro de arma de fogo, do tipo pistola. Inicialmente, o homem se identificou aos policiais como promotor de justi\u00e7a e, posteriormente, como advogado, apresentando um distintivo falso.
