No dia anterior, Bolsonaro esteve em visita oficial a Pernambuco, para um evento militar, onde juntou os candidatos ao governo (Anderson Ferreira) e Senado (Gilson Machado) do PL.<br><br>O pedido de liminar \u00e9 para que seja declarado que o &#8220;dom\u00ednio sobre o Arquip\u00e9lago de Fernando de Noronha \u00e9 de titularidade integral da Uni\u00e3o, determinar, ao Estado de Pernambuco, o imediato cumprimento do inteiro teor do Contrato de Cess\u00e3o de Uso em Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Especiais da Ilha de Fernando de Noronha&#8221;.<br>Na peti\u00e7\u00e3o judicial da a\u00e7\u00e3o, o Governo Federal alega uma s\u00e9rie de supostos descumprimentos pelo Estado de Pernambuco do &#8220;Contrato de Cess\u00e3o de Uso em Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Especiais da Ilha de Fernando de Noronha&#8221;, assinado em 2002, entre o ent\u00e3o governador Jarbas Vasconcelos (MDB), o ent\u00e3o presidente Fernando Henrique Cardoso (PSDB), com o apoio do ent\u00e3o vice-presidente pernambucano Marco Maciel
