A cerim\u00f4nia de entrega do Residencial Irm\u00e3 Dulce I, ocorreu \u00e0s 10h deste s\u00e1bado.<br \/>.<br \/><br \/>\u201cQuando entregamos as chaves de um im\u00f3vel para uma fam\u00edlia, estamos dando mais do que um teto. Estamos dando dignidade e a certeza de um futuro melhor para que os pais possam criar seus filhos e terem melhores oportunidades adiante. \u00c9 um ato de cidadania\u201d, destaca o ministro Rog\u00e9rio Marinho.<br \/>O investimento federal nas 256 moradias foi de R$ 16,8 milh\u00f5es. A proje\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que mais de mil pessoas sejam beneficiadas pelo empreendimento.<br \/>O Residencial Irm\u00e3 Dulce I \u00e9 o \u00faltimo de tr\u00eas m\u00f3dulos do complexo de pr\u00e9dios entregues pelo MDR. Ao todo, s\u00e3o 768 apartamentos. As duas primeiras etapas foram entregues em 2021.<br \/>.<br \/><br \/>Os apartamentos t\u00eam 47 m\u00b2 de \u00e1rea, com dois quartos, sala, cozinha, banheiro e \u00e1rea de servi\u00e7o. O empreendimento conta com infraestrutura com sistemas de abastecimento de \u00e1gua, coleta de esgoto, ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, energia el\u00e9trica e drenagem de \u00e1guas pluviais, al\u00e9m de pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/><em>Retomada de obra<\/em><br \/>Tamb\u00e9m neste s\u00e1bado, o ministro Rog\u00e9rio Marinho assina ordem de servi\u00e7o para a retomada de obras do Condom\u00ednio Ilhas do Caribe, tamb\u00e9m localizado em Parnamirim. O empreendimento conta com 496 moradias e receber\u00e1 R$ 18,57 milh\u00f5es em investimentos federais para a conclus\u00e3o das obras.
