independentemente de censura ou licen\u00e7a\u201d. <br>.<br>.<br>No entanto, os artistas mencionados no processo \u201cfazem clara propaganda eleitoral em benef\u00edcio de poss\u00edvel candidato ao cargo de Presidente da Rep\u00fablica\u201d.<br>.<br>.<br><br>\u201cOs artistas e cantores referidos que se apresentaram no evento musical em testilha, al\u00e9m de destilar coment\u00e1rios elogiosos ao poss\u00edvel candidato, pediram expressamente que a plateia presente exercesse o sufr\u00e1gio em seu nome, vocalizando palavras de apoio e empunhando bandeira e adere\u00e7o em refer\u00eancia ao pr\u00e9-candidato de sua prefer\u00eancia\u201d, diz o ministro no
