Medida, que alterava o Marco Civil da Internet, foi editada pelo presidente da Rep\u00fablica em 6 de setembro

O presidente do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco (DEM-MG), decidiu nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, 14, devolver a Medida Provis\u00f3ria (MP) editada pelo presidente Jair Bolsonaro que limitava a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fados publicados nas redes sociais.

A medida, que alterava o Marco Civil da Internet, de 6 de setembro, dificultava a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fados de ordem pol\u00edtica, ideol\u00f3gica, cient\u00edfica, art\u00edstica ou religiosa ao alegar que a modera\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou limita\u00e7\u00e3o de alcance da divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dessas publica\u00e7\u00f5es implicam censura.
