Cerca de 430 mil pessoas deveriam ter o benef\u00edcio da tarifa social. O problema \u00e9 que as companhias inventaram tantos crit\u00e9rios que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o pobre, que tem o direito, simplesmente n\u00e3o consegue obt\u00ea-lo. <br><br><br><br><br>H\u00e1 uma cobran\u00e7a abusiva por parte das empresas\u201d, explicou Teixeira.<br>Enquanto a a\u00e7\u00e3o da Para\u00edba est\u00e1 parada, a do Rio Grande do Norte est\u00e1 pr\u00f3xima de uma defini\u00e7\u00e3o. <br><br><br><br><br>A expectativa \u00e9 que ainda nesta semana a Justi\u00e7a decida o processo e determine se a popula\u00e7\u00e3o pobre ter\u00e1 direito ao benef\u00edcio com base em sua renda (estar inscrito no Aux\u00edlio Brasil).
