O deputado Daniel Silveira <\/a>(PTB-RJ) se recusou nesta quarta-feira (4) a receber a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o da nova ordem do Supremo Tribunal Federal<\/a> (STF) para que se apresente em 24 horas para colocar uma nova tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica.
A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi enviada ao Supremo pelo oficial de Justi\u00e7a encarregado de fazer a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o.
Segundo o oficial, ele abordou Daniel Silveira na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados<\/a>, mas o parlamentar se recusou a assinar o mandado informando que n\u00e3o tem que usar tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica por ter recebido o perd\u00e3o de pena<\/a> do presidente Jair Bolsonaro<\/a>.
Em abril, o STF condenou Daniel Silveira a 8 anos e 9 meses de pris\u00e3o, \u00e0 perda do mandato e \u00e0 perda dos direitos pol\u00edticos<\/a>. O deputado bolsonarista foi julgado por est\u00edmulo a atos antidemocr\u00e1ticos e ataques a ministros do Supremo e a institui\u00e7\u00f5es como o pr\u00f3prio STF.
Um dia ap\u00f3s o julgamento, o presidente Jair Bolsonaro<\/a> editou um decreto no qual perdoou a pena<\/a> imposta a Daniel Silveira. Partidos pol\u00edticos j\u00e1 acionaram o STF a fim de derrubar o decreto<\/a>. A relatora do caso \u00e9 a ministra Rosa Weber<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
