A proposi\u00e7\u00e3o do vereador Rafael Correia (PP) cita not\u00f3ria incompet\u00eancia da permission\u00e1ria na presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de transporte de passageiros no Munic\u00edpio.<br \/>\u201cH\u00e1 muito tempo os moradores reclamam de problemas como superlota\u00e7\u00e3o, frota reduzida, n\u00e3o cumprimento de hor\u00e1rios, m\u00e1 qualidade dos ve\u00edculos e aus\u00eancia de sistema de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o. Por ser a \u00fanica empresa atuante no transporte p\u00fablico intermunicipal na cidade, os usu\u00e1rios se veem obrigados a utilizar um servi\u00e7o ineficiente e de baixa qualidade\u201d, justificou o parlamentar.<br \/>A empresa Guanabara recentemente entrou com demanda judicial para proibir a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de alternativos e vans que iam de Extremoz at\u00e9 Igap\u00f3, realizando apenas metade do percurso feito pelos \u00f4nibus de sua frota, o que afetou diretamente os moradores de bairros mais distantes do centro da cidade.<br \/>Buscando atender a demanda da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, o vereador Rafael Correia apresentou em novembro de 2021 um Projeto de Lei (ainda em tr\u00e2mite) para viabilizar o sistema de integra\u00e7\u00e3o com a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema de Bilhetagem Eletr\u00f4nica \u00danica. No entanto, a Guanabara Empresa n\u00e3o demonstrou qualquer interesse em se adequar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/><em>Mo\u00e7\u00e3o de Rep\u00fadio<\/em><br \/>A Mo\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma proposta apresentada a uma Assembl\u00e9ia Parlamentar, por um de seus membros, para que ela se manifeste sobre determinada quest\u00e3o, incidente ali verificado ou a respeito de ato de interesse comum que exprime o seu pensamento ou vontade.
