Servi\u00e7os) sobre o diesel.<br \/><br \/><br \/>De acordo com Mendon\u00e7a, ficaram claras a relev\u00e2ncia e a urg\u00eancia da quest\u00e3o. &#8220;Ao se verificar que tanto o Chefe do Poder Executivo \u2014 autor da presente demanda \u2014 quanto o Chefe do Poder Legislativo federal \u2014 que instou o Confaz [Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria] a reanalisar a quest\u00e3o por meio do of\u00edcio mencionado \u2014 ocupam-se da mat\u00e9ria, manifestando-se, cada um \u00e0 sua maneira, pela necess\u00e1ria supera\u00e7\u00e3o do status quo, inalterado pela
