O companheiro dela, o tamb\u00e9m <strong>juiz Jo\u00e3o Augusto Figueiredo de Oliveira J\u00fanior<\/strong>, foi quem a levou. <br \/><br \/>O corpo da ju\u00edza tinha um ferimento por arma de fogo. Tudo indica que foi suicidio. Segundo fontes policiais ouvidas pela reda\u00e7\u00e3o integrada Jo\u00e3o Augusto Figueiredo disse, em sua vers\u00e3o preliminar dada \u00e0 pol\u00edcia, que a ju\u00edza Monica Andrade teria supostamente cometido suic\u00eddio dentro de um ve\u00edculo pertencente ao juiz, na garagem do pr\u00e9dio onde ele reside, no edif\u00edcio Rio Mi\u00f1o, em Nazar\u00e9. Jo\u00e3o mesmo dirigiu at\u00e9 a unidade policial. A vers\u00e3o dada pelo ju\u00edz ainda \u00e9 investigada pela pol\u00edcia. <br \/><br \/>O j<strong>uiz Jo\u00e3o Augusto Figueiredo de Oliveira J\u00fanior<\/strong> presta depoimento na pr\u00f3pria Divis\u00e3o de Homoc\u00eddios da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Par\u00e1 neste momento. Segundo sua vers\u00e3o, ele e a magistrada <strong>Monica Maria Andrade Figueiredo de Oliveira <\/strong>tinham um relacionamento amoroso.
