solicitar a retirada dos perfis do ar.<br><br>\u201cEmbora as operadoras do&nbsp;Twitter&nbsp;tenham dado cumprimento \u00e0 ordem de bloqueio da conta indicada por vossa excel\u00eancia, o Twitter Brasil respeitosamente&nbsp;entende que a medida pode se mostrar, data m\u00e1xima venia, desproporcional, podendo configurar-se inclusive como exemplo de censura pr\u00e9via.\u201d<br><br>O argumento tamb\u00e9m foi usado pelo&nbsp;Google.<br><br>\u201cAinda que o objetivo seja impedir eventuais incita\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas que poderiam vir a ocorrer,&nbsp;seria necess\u00e1rio apontar a ilicitude que justificaria a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fados j\u00e1 existentes.\u201d<br><br>A plataforma ainda afirmou&nbsp;que, ao transferir para a PGR e para a Pol\u00edcia Federal a prerrogativa de decidir o que deveria ser removido, Moraes deixou de&nbsp;\u201catender o dispositivo [do Marco Civil da Internet] que&nbsp;exige a pr\u00e9via aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio quanto \u00e0 ilicitude&nbsp;do conte\u00fado\u201c.<br><br>Ol
