A Sondagem Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>, da Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional da Ind\u00fastria (CNI)<\/a>, mostra que a ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil teve o melhor n\u00edvel de atividade e o n\u00famero de empregados entre janeiro e abril nos \u00faltimos dez anos. Foram entrevistadas 419 empresas, sendo 156 pequeno porte, 175 m\u00e9dio porte e 88 de grande porte, entre e 2 e 10 de maio de 2022.

O \u00edndice do n\u00edvel de atividade ficou em 50,1 pontos em abril de 2022. O valor pr\u00f3ximo da linha divis\u00f3ria dos 50 pontos, que separa aumento de queda do n\u00edvel de atividade, sinaliza estabilidade. O \u00edndice \u00e9 1,2 pontos menor do que mar\u00e7o, no entanto, n\u00e3o apresentava valor acima dos 50 pontos para o m\u00eas de abril desde 2012, quando registrou 50,6 pontos.
O \u00edndice do n\u00famero de empregados ficou em 50,7 pontos, representando aumento de 0,7 ponto ante mar\u00e7o. Assim como o ocorrido para o n\u00edvel de atividade, o valor do \u00edndice \u00e9 o maior para abril desde 2012, quando registrou 51 pontos.

Em abril de 2022, a Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Capacidade Operacional (UCO) caiu 1 ponto percentual na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com mar\u00e7o, de 68% para 67%.
