O pintor Jhonatan Correia Damasceno<\/strong>, de 32 anos, preso pelas mortes de uma idosa e uma diarista no Flamengo<\/a>, disse em depoimento \u00e0 pol\u00edcia que planejou o crime porque ele tinha d\u00edvidas com agiotas e precisava quit\u00e1-las.
O crime aconteceu na quinta-feira (9), em um apartamento no Flamengo, e chocou pela brutalidade. As duas v\u00edtimas \u2014 Martha Maria Lopes Pontes<\/strong>, de 77 anos, e Alice Fernandes da Silva<\/strong>, de 51 \u2014 foram encontradas com cortes no pesco\u00e7o. A idosa teve ainda o corpo carbonizado.
Jhonatan chegou a descontar tr\u00eas cheques da idosa, somando R$ 15 mil, e depois dividiu o dinheiro com o comparsa, Willian Oliveira Fonseca<\/a>.

\u201cCom o dinheiro do roubo pagou dois agiotas e realizou compras para a resid\u00eancia\u201d, declarou em depoimento obtido pelo g1<\/a>.
Ele foi capturado na tarde de sexta-feira (10) por agentes da Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios da Capital (DHC), na Favela de Acari. Segundo a pol\u00edcia, confessou envolvimento no crime<\/a>, mas negou ter assassinado as v\u00edtimas. Atribuiu os homic\u00eddios a Willian, que teve a pris\u00e3o decretada pela Justi\u00e7a, mas ainda est\u00e1 foragido<\/a>.
A pol\u00edcia esteve na sexta-feira (10) na casa dele, na Favela de Acari, na Zona Norte, mas ele fugiu deixando o chuveiro ligado. J\u00e1 havia um mandado de pris\u00e3o por roubo em 2017.

Extors\u00e3o

Jhonatan trabalhava como pintor junto com o pai havia sete anos. Eles chegaram a fazer um servi\u00e7o num outro apartamento do pr\u00e9dio, no 4\u00ba andar. Entre mar\u00e7o e abril, foram contratados para o mesmo servi\u00e7o nas janelas do apartamento 1202, de Martha.
Em maio, Jhonatan voltou a procurar a dona do im\u00f3vel, perguntando se teria mais servi\u00e7os, mas ela negou. Desesperado com as d\u00edvidas, decidiu extorquir dinheiro da idosa e, no in\u00edcio da semana, chamou o amigo para a empreitada.
\u201cQue William ficaria respons\u00e1vel por amarrar e amorda\u00e7ar a senhora e ele iria aos bancos descontar os cheques que a obrigaria a fazer\u201d, diz o depoimento.

Ao chegarem ao edif\u00edcio na Avenida Ruy Barbosa, por volta das 13h30, o porteiro interfonou para o apartamento de Martha, que liberou a entrada dos dois. Eles usavam m\u00e1scara e bon\u00e9 para dificultar uma eventual identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edcia.
No apartamento, foram recebidos pela diarista Alice, algo n\u00e3o esperavam. Eles imaginavam que a idosa estaria sozinha em casa.
\u201cQue logo Willian partiu para cima da empregada e a amarrou com um durex que estava na cozinha\u201d.
Jhonatan, ent\u00e3o, entrou em busca de Martha, que estava sentada no escrit\u00f3rio. Ele a surpreendeu pelas costas, dizendo: \u201cFique calma, s\u00f3 quero o dinheiro\u201d.
Assustada, Martha respondeu: \u201cN\u00e3o precisa disso\u201d. O pintor, no entanto, a amorda\u00e7ou e a amarrou com um lacre que havia levado na mochila.
Nesse momento, ele passou a exigir que ela fizesse cheques para que eles pudessem descontar no banco. E reclamou do primeiro valor preenchido: R$ 1 mil. Em seguida, ela fez outros tr\u00eas cheques de R$ 5 mil cada. Jhonatan foi ao banco, na Rua Marqu\u00eas de Abranches, por volta das 15h30.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
