O caso aconteceu na madrugada deste s\u00e1bado (18), no Largo das Baianas.<br>Imagens \u00e0s quais o <strong>BNews<\/strong> teve acesso mostram o ocorrido. Nelas, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ver que o homem usa caixas de som do pr\u00f3prio ve\u00edculo para destru\u00ed-lo, jogando-as sobre o parabrisa e, em seguida, chega a subir no teto dele. <br>Antes de destrui-lo, por\u00e9m, o motorista estacionou o carro ap\u00f3s ser abordado pela blitz, jogou a chave na areia da praia e saiu andando, segundo nota enviada pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o de tr\u00e2nsito \u00e0 reportagem. Ao ser abordado pelos agentes e ter os documentos solicitados, ele, inicialmente, negou estar conduzindo o ve\u00edculo.<br><br>No entanto, quando os agentes encontraram a chave na areia da praia, o homem confessou ser o motorista. De acordo com a Transalvador, ele apresentou apenas o Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento de Ve\u00edculo (CRLV) e negou possuir CNH. Por isso, ele foi enquadrado em uma infra\u00e7\u00e3o, prevista pelo artigo 162 do C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro (CTB).<br>Ainda segundo a nota enviada ao <strong>BNews, <\/strong>ao ser informado que por este motivo ele seria notificado, o homem disse que n\u00e3o tinha como apresentar uma pessoa habilitada para retirar o ve\u00edculo, nem pagar pelo valor da infra\u00e7\u00e3o. Por isso, ele afirmou que \u201cn\u00e3o deixaria seu bem para o estado\u201d e come\u00e7ou a depredar o ve\u00edculo, retirou a aparelhagem de som que estava nele e fugiu do local.<br>Os agentes de tr\u00e2nsito, ao consultar os dados do condutor, tamb\u00e9m verificaram que ele possu\u00eda duas passagens pela pol\u00edcia.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
