Ele \u00e9 r\u00e9u em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos movida por Elizeth Freire Horsth Gouveia, sua ex-mulher. <br>Em 7 de janeiro de 2009, foram fixados pela 9\u00aa C\u00e2mara C\u00edvel os alimentos provis\u00f3rios que deveriam ser pagos por Cleberson \u00e0 ex, no valor de R$ 4 mil. A pens\u00e3o chegou a ser revogada, mas Elizabeth entrou com recurso e a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamento foi restaurada pela justi\u00e7a.<br>Ocorre que Cleberson n\u00e3o cumpriu com os pagamentos e Elizeth procurou a Justi\u00e7a para conseguir receber as \u00faltimas tr\u00eas parcelas vencidas, que chegam ao montante de R$ 13,3 mil. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/emoff.ig.com.br\/colunas\/fabia-oliveira\/\" target=\"_blank\">No \u00faltimo dia 03 de junho, o magistrado Sergio Roberto Em\u00edlio Louzada decretou a pris\u00e3o do m\u00fasico pelo prazo de 30 dias<\/a><\/strong>, mas seis dias depois o pedido de deten\u00e7\u00e3o foi revogado, sendo aberto o prazo de 72 horas para que Cleberson efetuasse o pagamento da d\u00edvida alimentar, sob pena de pris\u00e3o.<br>At\u00e9 o presente momento, a d\u00edvida ainda n\u00e3o foi quitada e, nesta quarta-feira (22), Elizeth formulou o pedido de restabelecimento da pris\u00e3o.
