De acordo com a Secretaria de Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o, um decreto ser\u00e1 publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado com a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da lei 194\/2022, que determinou a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das al\u00edquotas.<br \/><br \/>A Lei Complementar 194\/2022, que limita a 18% a cobran\u00e7a do ICMS em combust\u00edveis, energia el\u00e9trica, comunica\u00e7\u00f5es e transporte coletivo, foi publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o no dia 23 de junho. O presidente Jair Bolsonaro vetou a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira para estados, que ter\u00e3o perda de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>Confira a nota:<br \/><strong>NOTA \u00c0 IMPRENSA<\/strong><br \/>\u201c<em>Sobre a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Complementar N\u00ba 194\/2022 no Rio Grande do Norte, a Secretaria Estadual de Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o (SET-RN) informa que a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 regulamentada, de forma equiparar as al\u00edquotas de ICMS incidentes sobre as opera\u00e7\u00f5es com combust\u00edveis, g\u00e1s natural, energia el\u00e9trica e comunica\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 al\u00edquota geral vigente no RN. Ser\u00e1 publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado (DOE) um decreto estadual, promovendo a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o, em car\u00e1ter extraordin\u00e1rio, de forma a permitir a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota de 18% sobre os referidos produtos e servi\u00e7os no estado. A redu\u00e7\u00e3o de al\u00edquota se dar\u00e1 a partir da vig\u00eancia da referida Lei Complementar.
